Join colleagues online for a brief read and dialogue to explore causes and solutions for faculty burnout. This one-time, 60-minute online Read and Dialogue discussion will be offered on two different dates: take your pick. We will discuss Wisdom's article, and explore ways that we as faculty can support each other in addressing the causes of faculty dissatisfaction, including finding ways to cultivate our sense of impact.
